What a fantastic experience! I placed an order for a ‘giant cookie’ to send to a family member. The whole ordering process was a breeze, and the communication was both friendly and top-notch! The cookie went above and beyond what I expected. I highly suggest this company and will surely be placing more orders in the future.

I really can't find anything wrong with this company. I ordered a cookie for my grandson's 18th birthday, and his partner had some specific preferences. One of them isn't a fan of cake, while the other is a vegetarian. They were absolutely thrilled with the double cookie! Everyone had a blast, even those who usually shy away from cake! The decoration was lovely, and it was packed really well, arriving quickly thanks to Royal Mail. It was great to get a photo beforehand so we could admire the final product without tearing into it. Even the hotel staff were quite impressed. I’d totally recommend this company without a second thought!

This was my first time placing an order with Andy & Sarah's. We got something shipped from the US for our son's birthday, who now resides in the UK. Cookie cakes have always been a birthday tradition in our family. The process of ordering on the Andy & Sarah's site was easy and hassle-free. They had just what we were looking for. The service I received from this company was truly fantastic. It was my first time ordering, and after checking out the reviews, I chose to get a cookie for a friend's 40th birthday celebration. The customer support is top-notch; they kept me in the loop about the cookie being made, shipped, and even sent me a picture since it was a gift and I might not be there to see it. I’m giving them 5 stars and will surely order from Andy&Sarah’s again.
